rule 1. NEVER WHERE A PARTY OUTFIT UNDER LESS THEN A WEEK AFTER THE PARTY ENDED ( but its ok to wear the stuff during the party) UNLESS  YOU SEE AT LEAST 7 PEOPLE WEARING IT IN THAT ZONE, remember the latest fashion may change in each zone.
